We have recently done some work with a long standing partner of ours called matrix10. They have been hard at work on their bilingual content management system for a while now. Having combined resources, we are now proud to be offering Bilingual Content Management (English and Welsh) that runs via valid XHTML and CSS.
The system is easy to use and has some powerful features in its simple and pleasant administration area. As the system is bespoke it is open to customisation and tailoring to any requirement.
