Customer support is an issue for some people and at Future Studios we have a great solution. All our content management systems come with 30days free remote support and an option to extend for as long as you like.
What is Remote Support?
Remote support is a process where we link up to your computer and show you how to do stuff whilst talking you through on the phone. Once you feel confident you can have a go yourself while we watch you its like having your own personal support person sitting right next to you whenever you need them.
Remote support plans are available from £480.00 per year.
